Southern Custom Homes (Licensed in the State of Georgia), Southern Mortgage and Blake Realty are located in Clarkesville, Georgia.
Greg, Diane, and Chad Blake are an established professional team that have been building homes since 1974, with over 200 custom homes
built, ranging in size from 2,000 to 14,000 square feet. True craftsmanship is applied to each home along with the customer's personal taste.

Greg, Diane, and Chad have developed several subdivisions with over 500 homesites and built light commercial projects including:
Restaurants, Offices, and Medical Buildings.

Greg has held a real estate license since 1977 and formed Blake Realty in 1981. He holds three national Realtor designations: Certified
Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI). Blake Realty is
currently a member of The Board of Realtors and MLS.

Chad Blake joined Blake Realty as a Real Estate Agent in 2007.

Southern Mortgage had over $50 million in closed loans since 1996. (Currently Closed)
