-Southern Custom Homes and Blake Realty are located in beautiful Clarkesville, Georgia. Our family of companies
consists of: Greg, Diane, and Chad Blake, who is an established professional team that have been building and
selling homes since 1974, with over 200 custom homes built, ranging in size from 2,000 to 14,000 square feet and
selling over 500 lots and homes. True craftsmanship is applied to each home along with the customer's personal
taste.

-Southern Custom Homes have developed several subdivisions with over 500 home sites and has built light
commercial projects including: Restaurants, Offices, and Medical Buildings.

-Southern Custom Homes is a Georgia Licensed and Insured Residential Contractor and is a member of The
Home Builders Association of Habersham and White Counties.

-Greg is currently serving as the Vice President, State Director, and President Elect for the 2008-2009 terms for
The Home Builders Association of Habersham and White Counties. Greg has held his real estate license since 1977
and formed Blake Realty in 1981. He holds three national Realtor designations: Certified Real Estate Brokerage
Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI). Greg and Blake
Realty is currently a member of the Habersham, White, and Stephens County Board of Realtors and MLS.

-Diane has over 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry and is the current Secretary for the Home Builders
Association of Habersham and White County.

-Chad has held his real estate license in Georgia since 2006 and is a member of the Habersham, White, and
Stephens County Realtors and has been associated with Southern Custom Homes since 2001 and Southern
Mortgage since 1996.

-Southern Mortgage is a licensed Georgia Mortgage Broker with over $50 million in closed loans since 1996.
